Strategic Program Delivery

$0.00

Bring structure, momentum, and alignment to complex work.

Some initiatives do not fit neatly into a service category. They simply need someone who can make sense of the work, organize the right people, build support, and move the effort from idea to implementation. We provide end-to-end program leadership for high-priority initiatives that need dedicated attention and cross-functional coordination.

Case Study

Overview

When three organizations came together, we had to rebuild a new shared culture that emphasized shared language and processes.

We built the infrastructure that culture runs on: norms for time off, calendar protection and communication, regular listening sessions and town halls, quarterly business reviews with a metrics framework that people were held to, and centralized onboarding. Internal teams owned initiatives, doing the work of understanding their colleagues “across the aisles,” building longer-lasting solutions and relationships.

We value the privacy of the companies we work with. For a more in-depth look at our Strategic Program Delivery work, please schedule a consult.

Impact

  • Voluntary attrition fell from 20% to 10% year over year.

  • Approximately 30 people retained who would have otherwise left, worth an estimated $1.8M to 2.2M.

  • Time to onboard reduced 50% from two months to four weeks

  • Five heads of design moved onto one standardized interview and candidate review process.
