Case Study
Overview
When three organizations came together, we had to rebuild a new shared culture that emphasized shared language and processes.
We built the infrastructure that culture runs on: norms for time off, calendar protection and communication, regular listening sessions and town halls, quarterly business reviews with a metrics framework that people were held to, and centralized onboarding. Internal teams owned initiatives, doing the work of understanding their colleagues “across the aisles,” building longer-lasting solutions and relationships.
We value the privacy of the companies we work with. For a more in-depth look at our Strategic Program Delivery work, please schedule a consult.
